Returns Policy
 
Our return policy is 30-days from receipt of shipment. All returned items must be in their original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached and all packaging included. Items sent back after the return period or without the original packaging, will not be eligible for refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please ensure that your return is shipped within the returns policy window which is driven off the original ship date of the order. To ensure your refund gets processed, please follow the directions at the link below.
*Important Note:
 Late returns, past the 30-day period will not be accepted past their indicated returns period and will not be refunded. We do not accept returns for Swimwear/Underwear due to sanitary safety of our Customers & Employees.
How do I process a return shipment?
The return shipping is easy and simple. You can submit your return or exchange request HERE or email us at sales@ladolcevitae.com to request a return authorization number and return label for your item. You must include the return authorization number with your item to insure the return process is completed promptly.

 When should I expect a refund?
Returns will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive your package. Once returns are processed, please allow 3-14 days for a credit card refund to post to your billing statement. La Dolce Vitae store credit refunds will be immediately available after your return is processed. 
Can I exchange my item?
We accept exchanges as long as they meet our return policy.  If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return and then place a new order online for an alternative product. If you require assistance, please contact our customer service team at sales@ladolcevitae.com
